Join us for a shucking class on Wednesday evenings at Ironbound Restaurant in Hancock, Maine. Graham and his crew will have a dozen fresh oysters right off the boat for you to practice with. You’ll go home with a new oyster knife, a little local aquaculture knowledge, and confidence to host your own oyster party with new found shucking skills!
